    Within each treatment program, we offer three levels of care for our outpatient treatment services, both in-person or online:

    1. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

    2. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

    3. Outpatient / Aftercare

    Regardless of what program is right for you, the three levels of care offer a step-down approach that gradually lessens in intensity and frequency helping you adjust back to your daily life while still receiving the support you need to navigate early recovery.

The flexibility of each program with time requirements and location (in-person or online) means you can work around your work schedule, school schedule, or family needs and still access care and attend treatment. Outpatient programs are less time-intensive than inpatient treatment and depending on the treatment program that is best for you – could be anywhere from 4-5 hours a day or as little as 1 hour a month.
